Paul Sims was born in 1959 in Festus Missouri. Shortly after, his family moved to the Lecoma area where he learned and loved the outdoors, farm and ranch life, and civil service. He still lives on his ranch in the area, supporting his community and nation with conviction and dignity.
His love for the outdoors is no easy thing to ignore. Paul Sims is a great advocate of our outdoor heritage. He often enjoys hunting and fishing in the Missouri lands. He also strives to pass along our land, history, and memories by showing our youth the great outdoors and proper conservation.
Paul Sims' family understands and supports public service. His wife, Lois, honorably served as a 1st Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve. His daughter, Krystal, proudly serves as a special needs and early childhood development teacher. Paul, himself, has served as a firefighter, both volunteer and professional. After becoming disabled in the line of duty, he returned to the family farm and ranch.
